USEReady has joined the OpenAI Partner Network, strengthening its ability to help enterprises build, deploy, and scale production-ready AI solutions using OpenAI technology.
USEReady, a global provider of AI, data, and analytics solutions, announced that it has joined the OpenAI Partner Network. The partnership is aimed at helping enterprises move beyond AI experiments and proof-of-concept projects toward measurable business outcomes.
As enterprise AI adoption grows, organizations are increasingly looking to integrate AI into real-world business environments. This includes connecting AI with enterprise data, applications, workflows, and decision-making processes while maintaining requirements around accuracy, security, governance, and reliability.
Through the OpenAI Partner Network, USEReady will gain access to OpenAI resources, enablement, and support. The company plans to use these capabilities alongside its existing expertise in data, engineering, and enterprise transformation to develop AI solutions for customers.
Moving AI From Experiments to Production
“Enterprise AI is entering a new phase. The conversation is moving beyond what AI can demonstrate in a pilot to what it can reliably do inside a business,” said Uday Hegde, Co-founder & CEO, USEReady.
According to Hegde, the partnership will help USEReady combine OpenAI’s technology with its expertise in data and engineering to help organizations move from experimentation to production and generate sustained business outcomes.
USEReady’s capabilities span AI strategy, data modernization, model engineering, agentic application development, LLM operations, and managed services. Its Agentic AI practice focuses on enterprise workflows involving multi-step reasoning, agent orchestration, contextual data, human oversight, and integration with existing systems.
Focus on Enterprise AI Execution
“Our customers are looking for more than AI capabilities. They need a partner that understands how those capabilities fit into the data, processes, systems, and operating realities of an enterprise,” said Lalit Bakshi, Co-founder & President, USEReady.
Bakshi said that taking an AI solution from an initial demonstration to a production environment requires execution, governance, and a clear connection to business outcomes.
USEReady’s work has also received industry recognition. AIM Research recognized the company in two consecutive PeMa Quadrant reports, naming it a Leader among Top Agentic AI Service Providers in 2025 and a Seasoned Vendor among Top Generative AI Service Providers in 2026.
The company said these recognitions reflect its work across GenAI and Agentic AI, including its technology capabilities, proprietary frameworks, and focus on enterprise deployment.
Reported Business Results
USEReady has reported several outcomes from its production engagements. These include more than 95% NER accuracy for a Fortune 500 specialty chemicals manufacturer, over 90% query-resolution accuracy for a loyalty services company, and a 70% reduction in invoice-processing effort for a Fortune 500 energy company.
The company has also reported a 70% PoC-to-production conversion rate and a 70% repeat-business rate within its GenAI client base.
Its AlphaGenie portfolio adds another layer to its enterprise AI offering. The portfolio includes around 30 pre-built cognitive agents and more than 60 documented use cases across industries such as manufacturing, energy, financial services, and pharmaceuticals.
The use cases span business functions including finance, procurement, legal, HR, and customer engagement.
Building AI for Real-World Workflows
The real test for enterprise AI is what happens after the PoC, said Amit Phatak, Chief AI Officer, USEReady.
Phatak said enterprises need AI systems that can work with real data and business workflows while meeting requirements for accuracy, governance, security, and reliability.
USEReady said it has already delivered production grade solutions built on the OpenAI Agents SDK. Its participation in the OpenAI Partner Network is expected to further support the company’s efforts to combine advanced AI capabilities with enterprise engineering and domain expertise.
With the partnership, USEReady aims to help enterprises move beyond AI experimentation and integrate AI into the workflows, decisions, and operations that drive their businesses.
