Lenovo has introduced a range of AI-ready IT infrastructure solutions aimed at helping small and medium businesses (SMBs) modernize quickly and cost-effectively. The new solutions include pre-configured servers, integrated software, and usage-based pricing models — designed to ease the adoption of AI in SMB environments.
According to Lenovo, these bundles deliver enterprise-grade performance without the complexity traditionally associated with IT deployment. The focus is on reducing setup time, improving security, and enabling scalability from day one.
AI-First, SMB-Focused Approach
Lenovo’s new offerings are built to meet the evolving needs of SMBs navigating the AI-powered economy. The bundles include:
Business Ready Infrastructure in a Box: Hyper-V Ready Nodes built on ThinkSystem SR635 V3/SR630 V4.
AI Edge-Ready Node: ThinkEdge SE100 with Scale Computing HyperCore for edge deployments.
Business Protection in a Box: SR650 V3 or SR630 V3 with storage arrays supporting up to 140 VMs.
Each setup comes with guided configuration and is pre-validated for performance, enabling SMBs to go live faster without needing specialized IT teams.
Integrated Tools for Security and Uptime
The company is also enhancing the bundles with Lenovo XClarity One, a cloud portal offering AI-powered predictive maintenance, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Security features include Veeam integration for ransomware protection and near-instant data recovery — a vital layer of defense for businesses with limited IT support.
“Our SMB portfolio simplifies how businesses acquire and manage IT,” said Sumir Bhatia, President, Asia Pacific, Infrastructure Solutions Group, Lenovo. “We are giving SMBs the tools to compete and grow confidently in today’s AI-driven era.”
TruScale Makes IT Pay-As-You-Go
To further support SMBs, Lenovo is offering its TruScale Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) model, which allows businesses to pay only for what they use. This eliminates the need for upfront hardware investments and enables more flexible IT operations.
Lenovo cites successful deployments such as Malaysia-based Microtree Sdn Bhd (M3), which used TruScale to offer Backup-as-a-Service solutions without capital outlay — achieving faster go-to-market times and increased customer acquisition.
Lenovo’s latest offerings mark a strategic push to democratize enterprise-grade AI infrastructure for smaller companies. With simplified deployment, predictable pricing, and a strong focus on security and support, the company is positioning itself as a key partner for SMBs looking to scale in an AI-first economy.
