GIFT City Partners with ANSR to Strengthen GCC Ecosystem in India

Gujarat International Finance Tec-City Company Limited (GIFTCL) and ANSR Global Corporation have signed a strategic MoU to expand the Global Capability Centre (GCC) ecosystem within GIFT City. The partnership brings together GIFT City’s integrated financial and technology infrastructure and ANSR’s experience in building more than 175 GCCs for multinational enterprises.

The agreement aims to position GIFT City as a preferred destination for companies seeking to establish centres that drive innovation, digital transformation, and enterprise capability development. By combining ANSR’s advisory, talent, and workspace capabilities with GIFT City’s regulatory advantages and world-class infrastructure, both organisations intend to accelerate the next phase of GCC-led growth in India.

Building an Integrated GCC Ecosystem for Global Enterprises

Under the partnership, GIFTCL and ANSR will jointly pursue initiatives to attract global firms, promote ecosystem development and co-create programmes that support market entry and long-term operations. The collaboration includes joint marketing efforts, thought-leadership initiatives, and executive engagements to showcase GIFT City as a high-value location for enterprise capability expansion.

GIFT City has emerged as a preferred hub for multinational corporations due to its unified regulatory framework, single-window clearances, and integrated financial services zone. The partnership with ANSR is expected to enhance these strengths by bringing structured pathways for global companies to design, scale and operate capability centres with greater speed and predictability.

Leaders Emphasise Shared Vision for Global Enterprise Growth

Sanjay Kaul, Managing Director and Group CEO of GIFT City, said the partnership reinforces the city’s role as a natural home for global enterprises. “This collaboration strengthens our efforts to build a world-class ecosystem that supports innovation, high-value employment, and global collaboration.”

ANSR Founder and CEO Lalit Ahuja said the organisation sees GIFT City as a strategic pillar in India’s next wave of enterprise innovation. “GIFT City represents the future of global capability centres in India. Through this partnership, we aim to bring our deep expertise to support its vision of becoming a global hub for enterprise excellence.”

Strengthening India’s Position in the GCC Landscape

India hosts one of the largest GCC ecosystems globally, and demand from multinational companies continues to grow as organisations expand innovation, engineering, cybersecurity, finance, and AI operations. The GIFTCL–ANSR partnership aims to create an enabling environment that improves access to talent, infrastructure, and cross-industry collaboration — factors that determine the long-term competitiveness of GCCs.

By aligning GIFT City’s policy framework with ANSR’s operational experience, the initiative is expected to support new investments, high-value job creation, and deeper integration of India into global enterprise transformation programmes.
