Fidel Softech Moves to Acquire Softenger, Adding Infrastructure and Security Muscle

Fidel Softech Limited has confirmed interest in acquiring 100% of Softenger (India) Pvt. Ltd. The deal would include Softenger’s subsidiaries in Singapore, Malaysia and Dubai. Softenger announced the news in Pune on 2 November 2026.

Softenger would join a publicly listed technology group with more than 500 professionals worldwide. The group has operations in Japan, India and the United States.

What Fidel Brings

Fidel Softech helps global companies adapt their software to local languages, a move it calls going “Glocal”. Over more than two decades, it has built deep experience in Japan’s complex enterprise market. Its engineers speak both high-end technology and business Japanese, so they can offer bilingual IT consulting. It also acts as a Japan–India business bridge, helping Japanese firms use offshore delivery centres in India.

The group works through three subsidiaries. Fidel Technologies KK in Japan supports the rollout of enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP and Automation Anywhere, with attention to Japanese compliance and language needs. It runs bilingual L1, L2 and L3 support. It also offers data science and visualisation services using Python, Tableau and Power BI.

LinguaSol Pvt. Ltd. in India, formerly LinguaNext, makes enterprise applications work in local languages. Its tools localise core banking platforms such as Finacle and TCS B@NCS. They also translate ERP screens and reports in SAP and Oracle EBS, and power multilingual passbook and kiosk systems. Its zero-code product, Linguify, leads the group’s software localisation plans.

Techvine LLP, based in Princeton, New Jersey, is the group’s US consulting and advisory arm. It covers cloud architecture and migration across AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. It also works on data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, and on digital commerce systems. Its senior architects act as the US contact for the group’s Indian delivery centres.

What Softenger Adds

Softenger gives the group a dedicated IT infrastructure and managed services arm. It has 27 years of experience running mission-critical environments for enterprises.

It brings strength in datacentre operations, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure and AIOps. It delivers them through round-the-clock NOC and SOC operations. This complements Fidel’s strengths in enterprise applications, AI, data and language technology. Together, the group could serve clients across the full technology stack. That runs from the applications they use to the infrastructure and security behind them.

New Routes to Growth

Fidel’s clients in Japan and the US would gain access to Softenger’s managed infrastructure and security services. Softenger’s presence in Singapore, Malaysia and Dubai would extend the group’s reach across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. The two teams also plan to bring AI-driven automation to managed services.

Softenger will keep its existing leadership team.
