Fractal Invests $20M in AI Platform Asper.ai

In a move aimed at strengthening domain-specific enterprise AI capabilities, Fractal has announced a $20 million strategic investment in Asper.ai, one of its product companies focused on growth platforms for the consumer goods and manufacturing sectors. The investment is positioned to drive Asper.ai’s next phase of innovation and scale its global footprint.

Fueling Purpose-Built AI for Enterprises

Asper.ai provides a vertically integrated AI platform designed to support large enterprises with decision-making, automation, and data-to-insight conversion. Unlike general-purpose AI tools, Asper.ai focuses on aligning directly with sector-specific needs, helping leaders in consumer goods and manufacturing translate data into strategic actions.

“With just three years behind them, Asper has already demonstrated exceptional growth and innovation,” said Pranay Agrawal, co-founder and CEO of Fractal. “This investment reflects our continued commitment to Asper’s vision and the potential it has to transform enterprise operations through AI.”

Scaling Products, Expanding Talent

The new funding will be used to enhance product development, attract high-level talent, and grow the enterprise customer base globally. Asper.ai plans to evolve its autonomous growth AI platform to meet rising demand for integrated, scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

“Leaders in consumer goods need more than technology—they need a platform that speaks their language, scales with them, and delivers real outcomes,” said Mohit Agarwal, co-founder and CEO of Asper.ai. “Fractal’s investment allows us to advance that mission by building more intelligent, adaptable, and impactful tools.”

Accelerating Speed-to-Value

Anuj Kaushik, co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Asper.ai, highlighted that the market has responded strongly to their value proposition. “Developing AI capabilities in-house requires significant investment and expertise,” he said. “Our platform eliminates those barriers. We offer clients AI solutions that are already domain-aware, trained, and optimized—bringing speed-to-value without the overhead.”

A Strategic Bet on Vertical AI

The announcement underscores a broader trend in AI investment: a move from generic platforms toward industry-focused, purpose-built AI systems. As enterprises increasingly seek tailored solutions that integrate easily with operations, Asper.ai’s model is gaining momentum.

Fractal’s investment signals confidence in this approach, and as Asper.ai expands its reach, it is poised to become a critical player in redefining how AI drives growth in traditional sectors.
