As part of the partnership, LTIMindtree will apply AI-centric frameworks to optimise workflows, reduce costs, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The initiative will also focus on intelligent process automation, ensuring agility and scalability across the enterprise ecosystem.
Venu Lambu, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at LTIMindtree, said the win highlights the company’s position as a trusted transformation partner for industrial enterprises pursuing sustainable, technology-driven growth.
Ramesh Kannan, Chief Business Officer for Energy & Utilities, added that the collaboration reflects a shared commitment to operational excellence and the creation of a future-ready IT ecosystem that integrates innovation with resilience.
Expanding Presence in the Energy and Chemicals Sector
This deal adds to LTIMindtree’s expanding portfolio of large transformation programs in the energy, utilities, and manufacturing verticals, which have seen steady momentum driven by global supply-chain diversification and sustainability goals.
Analysts note that such long-term agreements demonstrate continued confidence in Indian IT firms’ ability to manage mission-critical operations for complex industries. The contract’s scale and scope are also expected to strengthen LTIMindtree’s revenue visibility heading into FY26, particularly as the company deepens its focus on AI-powered enterprise solutions and next-generation managed services.
