Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has unveiled a new Google Cloud Gemini Experience Centre at its BFSI Innovation Lab in Bengaluru, aimed at accelerating AI adoption across the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector. This facility brings together Google Cloud’s advanced AI capabilities with TCS’ deep industry expertise, offering financial institutions a collaborative space for building, testing, and deploying agentic AI solutions.
The centre will serve as a hub for exploring next-generation applications in customer service, compliance, software development, and decision intelligence.
Driving BFSI transformation with agentic AI
By integrating Google Cloud’s Gemini models and Agentspace technologies with TCS’ proprietary AI platforms, the centre empowers BFSI firms to reimagine workflows and offer hyper-personalized experiences. Use cases include AI-enabled contact centre agents offering real-time call assistance, emotion and sentiment analysis, and contextual insights for customer service teams.
Beyond front-end service enhancements, the centre will also support clients in automating backend processes—from requirement gathering to testing and deployment—using AI-based development accelerators. This aligns with growing demand in the BFSI industry to improve agility while maintaining compliance and security at scale.
Expanding access to AI-led banking innovation
In addition to showcasing solutions built on Gemini, the centre offers access to the TCS BaNCSâ„¢ suite on Google Cloud, allowing clients to make integrated banking decisions across touchpoints. TCS plans to replicate this model across its global innovation hubs, starting with TCS Pace Portâ„¢ London.

The move signals a broader strategic alignment between TCS and Google Cloud. TCS recently received five Google Cloud Partner of the Year awards across AI, application development, and talent development in the APAC region. With AI-driven capabilities now central to financial transformation, the partnership aims to help clients globally leverage cloud-native architectures to modernize operations and improve customer experiences.
Positioning India as a global AI hub in BFSI
The Gemini Experience Centre also reinforces India’s growing role as a global AI hub. With Bengaluru already home to major financial institutions and tech talent, the launch of a high-impact AI innovation facility positions the city at the centre of BFSI transformation.
By combining cloud-scale infrastructure, AI-driven co-creation, and industry-specific knowledge, TCS and Google Cloud aim to drive faster prototyping, shorter delivery cycles, and intelligent financial applications ready for global deployment.
