Adani Airports Partners with AIONOS to Launch Agentic AI Concierge

Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited, has signed a strategic partnership with AIONOS, an InterGlobe Enterprises company and global leader in enterprise AI, to deploy a next-generation, agentic AI-powered passenger concierge across all Adani-operated airports in India.

The solution, built on AIONOS’s proprietary IntelliMate™ platform, will introduce multilingual, omni-channel AI engagement—providing passengers with instant, personalized assistance across voice, chat, web, and mobile interfaces. Available in English, Hindi, and regional languages, the AI concierge will enhance customer satisfaction and reduce response times, transforming traditional helpdesks into intelligent, always-on digital companions.

A New Benchmark in Airport Digitization

The collaboration marks a major milestone in AAHL’s digital transformation roadmap, as the group continues to redefine the modern airport experience through intelligent technology integration.

The AI system will act as a 24×7 virtual concierge, offering live updates on flights, gates, baggage, navigation, and airport services, while maintaining consistent context and tone across all communication channels. The platform’s agentic design enables it to learn and adapt dynamically, ensuring hyper-personalized, proactive engagement for millions of travelers every year.

This unified orchestration is expected to streamline operations, improve passenger experience, and enhance accessibility for travelers from diverse linguistic backgrounds.

Redefining the Airport of the Future

Under its “Digital First, Passenger Always” strategy, Adani Airports is integrating AI, IoT, and data analytics into its core systems to deliver seamless, stress-free journeys.

Arun Bansal, CEO of AAHL, said, “Our vision is to redefine the airport experience through intelligent, digital-first innovations that place passengers at the heart of everything we do. This partnership with AIONOS brings us closer to creating smart, inclusive, and future-ready airports.”

Co-founder and Vice Chairman of AIONOS, CP Gurnani, added, “Our collaboration with AAHL is a testament to the transformative power of agentic AI. Together, we’re creating scalable and human-centric innovations that will set new standards for the aviation industry.”

Building a Connected Ecosystem

AAHL’s broader digital strategy rests on three pillars:

  • B2B collaboration to connect airport ecosystems seamlessly,

  • Best-in-class passenger experience through technology-driven personalization, and

  • Future-ready infrastructure built on intelligent automation.

The partnership with AIONOS complements existing digital initiatives such as aviio, Adani OneApp, and Airport-in-a-Box, reinforcing Adani Airports’ position as one of the most forward-looking airport operators in the world.
